[nfbcs] Microsoft Excel support in JAWS

I use Excel 2007 & JAWS 12 at work.  Sometimes I will come back to a Excel
spreadsheet I've been working in from another window and JAWS will not read
the cell contents.  I usually have to minimize everything to the Taskbar and
then Alt Tab back to my spreadsheet.  Sometimes I have to try this more than
once until JAWS reads it correctly.  I haven't figured out why it's been
doing this, but it started once I upgraded from JAWS 10 to JAWS 12.
