[nfbcs] Microsoft Excel support in JAWS

And yet JAWS 13 Beta 2 works *superbly* with windows 7, 64-bit and Office
2010! One cannot make a rule of thumb about upgrades.

Which is why I maintain that an upgrade is not always an upgrade, and
neither is it obligatory.  If the "upgrade" doesn't suit my needs, I'm not
moving.
