Hello Brian and everyone,

We saw Inspiron models on Dell's Web site that have a single core
processor so they're still around.

hi,

you need to get on some box store sites and read the ads or the dell site
and use the configurator.
far as i know all the new systems and i-series chips are dual core now.
you won't have the option to choose single core as those disappeared with
the socket 478's.
