[nfbcs] O.T.. Passwords in Internet Explorer

Sorry for the off topic post. The Internet Explorer help is being less than helpful. In Internet Explorer, there is an auto complete option where you can have it fill in passwords when you type your user name. The first time, it prompts you and asks if you want IE to remember the password. Once you select no, it does not ask you for that user name/password combo again. How do you make that prompt reappear? This is with IE 8 on Windows XP.
