I say just hook it up, tell Jaws about it,  and see what happens.  At
least, that's what I'd do.  Sometimes that approach has gotten me in
trouble, and sometimes it's worked fine.  But I don't think it will
actually cause you any problems.  I think either it will work, or it
won't.
