[nfbcs] Changing the way Voice over pronounces things?

Yeah, it might slow it down . My voice over seems to take a small bit
of time to talk when I touch it to type and it slows me down while
trying to type things. I wished it was a bit faster, I have it up on
the fastest speed and it still to slow.
