[nfbcs] Changing the way Voice over pronounces things?

I do not walk and text exactly, i kind of pause, text, then walk some
more. I prefer to talk and then when i come to road to cross, I make
the people wait until I cross and then I resume talking away. But I
still would rather not to have to cary around one more thing just to
use my phone.
I also do not like the whole talk to text thing, drives me nutts. I
rather type things out. I do not like dragon and such but I am glad
those things are out there for those who do like it and use it.
I have a 3GS and do not think i can get that on my phone, not sure
about that though, and I do not think that will work because, I am
walking next to the road and loud trafic.
Now, I would love to have a braille display on my computer, but not a
laptop, unless it was built in. I rather a PC/Mac over a braille
device anytime.
