[nfbcs] More problems with webpages not loading

Worked fine for me. Windows 7 Home Premium and IE 8. But no Google toolbar.

I'm still having problems with webpages not loading. I've disabled AVG
search and the toolbar in Internet Explorer, but I'm not sure if that's what
is causing my problem. For some reason links with Mp3 files won't load
and/or play. Any and all help is appreciated. Here is a sample link that
won't load:
