Hi Tara.
Welcome to the list.
I haven't tried school online, but used to have access to online training
at work. It was not accessible, because the course showed examples as
pictures. For example, I wanted to learn more about Excel, but all the
course examples were pictures of spreadsheets, not actual spreadsheets,
and Jaws naturally couldn't read them.
We also have mandated training at work, but it is written with Flash, and
none of the buttons work. I can't even go to the next page, once the
course starts.
In short, my experiences with online training have been extremely
frustrating and unproductive.

On the other hand, I have been teaching myself SQL, using a book I
downloaded from Bookshare, with some advice from co-workers, and that has
worked very well. So, results vary.
