You can always put back the settings that you had. You need to worry more
about not deleting  your cookies often enough than deleting them too often.
You can use the delete all cookies button. What web browser are you using?
And what operating system?

Hi Nicole.
I deleted cookies manually.  I was afraid the delete cookies button would
take away something I actually want, though deleting a useful cooky isn't a
big problem, right?
