[nfbcs] accessible reading material

Ok, I looked over the book and it has much of what I need. Do you happen 
to know of an accessible material for the twofish or serpent block 
ciphers? Those are not in there. AES and DES are though, as is at least 
a large portion of the material I need on public key algorithms and 
other stuff.
