[nfbcs] Voiceover with Word

Howdy,

I think the more interesting question is can the word processors on the Mac read docx files produced in microsoft word. I think they can, which means that tracy's sister can still write documents in word and tracy can read them using something like textedit.

I think the real problem with MS word and OSX is when a non-microsoft program modifies and resaves docx files, little things get changed such as default fonts. This makes it tough to do collaborative work on a document when multiple people are writing the document, one using word and one using something else. Also, most non-microsoft word processors don't support the track changes feature.

Take Care,

Jim

If she wrote a doc in Text Edit and sent it to me, who uses Windows, would I be able to easily read it, possibly edit it, and send it back to her?
