[nfbcs] Is there a name for this?

Perhaps the detail i would give it is accesssable, but poorrl tagged
or orginzed. ther is not a name that I know but i call that accessable
but not practal for use. Thats when i move on to another website or
convert the pdf using zamzar web based and free
