[nfbcs] Programming for Looking Up AlbomInformation andRenaming Music Files

Both of the programs that I mentioned do this when you rip a CD, I just 
cannot get them to do it for existing files. There seems to be a way to do 
it; it just does not work right or I am doing something wrong.
