[nfbcs] Macros in MS Word on Windows Vista

The difference is that XP does it without a fuss, but Vista complains about
Normal.dot being in use. Then, I end up in a do loop with Word asking me if
I want to save changes to Normal.dot. Usually, restarting the computer makes
it go away, but I did have to use previous versions once. When it is all
done, though, my macros are not saved.
