[nfbcs] table reading

Hi Everyone,

I am evaluating a web site. There is a table of names. Each name could be deleted or modified. When I did a list of links on the page I get "delete" and "modify" over and over for each line. Consequently, if I wanted to look at it with a list of links I would not know which line it was referring to. Do any of you know how this should be coded? Is it correct this way?
