[nfbcs] table reading

When I am in the table mode it does work correctly. I just found this when I did a list of links on the page.

Susie,

It is my opinion that it is not reasonable to expect every link in a table to reflect the line upon which it appears so that it reads correctly in a link list.  I am interested in what others think.  
People should be able to realize that you might have to navigate to the name and then press the associated link.  However, it would be important to determine if the table works correctly with a screen reader.
