[nfbcs] Braille Note Email Problem

Hang on here.

Fred, was this connection ever working? The way your original email
sounded, Mary was able to send email and then it just stopped.

If so, then This problem seems very unlikely to be a settings problem,
unless you or Mary went in and changed something in your Braille Note
settings.

Also, SMTP error 554 is a very vague error code, it means "transaction
failed", and can be issued by the SMTP server for all kinds of
reasons. However, the server provides us with a clue in the error
message "can't send due to possible abuse." which means that ATT's
SMTP server doesn't like something about the outgoing email message
and closed the transaction. This is not the right error code for user
authentication failure

Since Humanware is hearing about this lately, my best guess is that
the Braille Note is likely putting something into the message header
the ATT doesn't like. So, I think you're either ganna have to work
with ATT, or wait for Humanware to do so.

Jim
