[nfbcs] Embedded flash movie button

Hi Nicole.
I was using Jaws 7.0.  If a later version does better, let me know.  A
website that has one?  Hard to find one that doesn't!  Try amazon.com, if
you're so moved. There's a flash movie right near the top.
