I use Mobile Accessibility with the Samsung Galaxy Relay, which is 
available through Verizon and T-Mobile. I really like the phone. If you 
don't want to use Mobile Accessibility, you can use Talkback with it also. 
I personally like Mobile Accessibility since it has Braille display 
support. The Relay has a physical keyboard, so it's very easy to use.
