[nfbcs] instability in Word 2013

Hello Curtis:

     I just tried the ctrl+shift+e keystroke and it will create a new
folder.
I used to do this by doing alt+f and using the arrow keys to find the folder
manager.

Have they taken away the Control Shift E keystroke in Outlook 2013?  This is
the keystroke I use to create a new Outlook folder.

Hello:

     I have noticed some instability with Word 2013. When using the save-as,
I have had Word crash and then recover.

     On a related topic, I have had problems with Outlook 2013. In Outlook
2007, it was easy to create a new folder. So far,  I haven't found a way to
create a new folder with Outlook 2013.
