[nfbcs] help with versapoint duo configuration settings

Good afternoon everyone,
I have a versapoint duo embosser and would like to print out the
configuration settings for the current config so that I can make some
changes. I have downloaded the manual from freedom scientific and
followed the directions. However nothing prints. Does anyone know how
to do this?
