I'd like to say this is also the case for Microsoft apps as well. If you 
write apps to Microsoft's guidelines, they are also going to be 
accessible. There's no difference here between Apple and Microsoft. 
There are accessibility guidelines for both; the commonality is who 
actually uses them.
