Have you asked them if there is some sort of difference between the two
different parts of the website? I would recommend trying it with another
browser and/or another screen reader. Finally, if you navigate to the second
part of the page and then restart JAWS, what happens? Have you tried
updating the screen with JAWS key escape? Do you know any HTML? Sometimes
taking a look at what is going on under the hood can provide a lot of
information.
