[nfbcs] WebAIM Project Survey

To add to what Nicole has written, the survey has at the beginning of the page a warning to Window-Eyes users which includes suggesting that one
might need to use another screen reader. I took the survey with Window-Eyes and did not have a problem, and I frankly question how survey results can
be completely objective with a statement like that. As far as I can tell, it was based on a very specific way the survey implemented certain accessibility
standards in the survey that was released a year and a half ago that Window-Eyes has since addressed.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
