Hi Mikayla;
I haven't seen any issues with using Read2Go under IOS7. In terms of any accessibility improvements for Pages or Read2Go, they will definitely occur under IOS7 and not IOS6. In fact, Apple will stop permitting any developer to submit aps that are not IOS 7 compatible after February of 2014.
In terms of usability in general I have experienced a number of deficiencies in Read2Go verses Voice Dream.
Since Voice Dream permits not only reading Bookshare but also Doc, Docx, PDF, RTF, ePub, MP3 Audio... coupled with the higher speeds available and control granularity you may find it more versatile as a general reading tool.

To me pages is very much a hit or miss utility compared to using a utility that focuses on VoiceOver support like Drafts. by Agile Tortoise. The other advantage of Drafts is that it supports "MarkDown" which means that one can format a document for printing using inline commands so there is little doubt about the visual results of a printed document.

My Technology trainer told me to hold off on installing IOS7 since I have an I'phone with IOS7 on it, and can make sure that I am comfortable with it before I use it in school. Has any one found any problems, or have suggestions about using IOS7 with VoiceOver and Read 2 Go and Pages?
