[nfbcs] Physically cleaning a PC

I feel pretty comfortable with Ian's advice, so, when I've backed up my
files, I think I will carefully give it a try. My machine is getting
ancient, in PC terms, so either cleaning it will extend its life or kill it
outright, and I can live with both possibilities, though of course I'd
prefer the first. I'll probably get to it by this weekend sometime. I bet
there's enough dog fur inside to make a whole new dog with.
In the interests of follow-up, once I've done it, I'll let the list know how
it turned out.
Tracy
