[nfbcs] new laptop

Not a personal preference, only what works best in school systems, with
have particular configs and domain issues. Lenovo and dell have always had
issues with the talking software, freezing, stalling, slowing, just not
working. It has to do with the video card. NVDIA video cards are one of the
best and are come with hp and asus typically....so if you want talking
software that works well on a good laptop, nvdia video card, plenty of ram
and a hi processor
