[nfbcs] Your Advice Needed

At the end of June I made a request of this list from a fellow in Canada who
wanted to know about the advisability of taking a design class.  His
professor was rather dismissive, and so he asked whether or not we thought
he should proceed.  I would like to thank all of you who took the time to
respond to this message.  I am writing one rather than 15 thank you's.  I am
just now sending this information to our friend, so if he doesn't delete
everything I've said, he'll have the benefit of your wisdom.  Thank you so
very much for your contribution to his success.
