Yes, it is a front-end with a database back-end.  I think you can use 
several different DB's, MS SQL etc., don't know about Oracle, but the 
backend isn't the issue anyway.  The front end is visual basic I 
think, it is an expensive, but comprehensive program.  As I said, 
some of it works ok with JAWS etc., some doesn't.  I can't be more 
specific than that as it was over a year ago we looked.
