[nfbcs] Setting Up A Windows 8 PC independently

I don't know about Windows 8 but with Windows 7 you could use the Windows Automatic Installation Kit (WAIK) to create an answer file and then to an unattended install. There was no talking install for Windows 7 and I doubt there is one for Windows 8.

I posted a wiki entry on using WAIK to the web site of the International Association of Visually Impaired Technologists. Its' somewhere on http://wiki.iavit.org.
 It shouldn't be hard to find. if you are interested
