[nfbcs] windows 7 vertual machine

I am asking this question because the mat player plug-in that displays Matt ML does not work in IE 10.
Also, I have windows eight and I want to downgrade to IE9.
If there's some way of doing this?
I have tried, and I have had no success.
That's why I'm trying to dual-boot or do virtual machines. What is your experience dual booting?
How long do you have to wait?
