[nfbcs] windows 7 vertual machine

Many companies stay with what works which is not windows 8. I just did an
internship and they ran windows 7 and 2008 server on their machines. Some
new laptops had windows 8 but everyone put a vm on and worked in 7. They
all hate windows 8.
