[nfbcs] Strangeness on list.

I think the IP address might indicate this was an attempt to forge a
removal, rather than a bug in the list software; but that's a guess. I
also got a surprise remove message like that, several months ago I
think, for a different NFB-run list; and I also reported it to the
moderator.
