I have a client who has a Toshiba S850 computer with Windows 7 Professional, Office 2010, JAWS 14.0.6005 and Internet Explorer 9. This client tells me that when reading a document or an email in SayAll mode, Internet Explorer will suddenly pop up for seemingly no reason. The client said that their kids used the computer to do some homework. I'm not saying this had anything to do with it, but it's just another factor in the mix. I have emailed the question regarding did this start happening after the kids messed with the computer and am awaiting an answer.

Anyone have any ideas about what might be causing this strange behavior?
