[nfbcs] reporting IOS bugs

According to http://www.apple.com/accessibility/ you can send email to
accessibility at apple.com

I don't want to beat this to death, but it's Likely that you won't
know your email has been noticed. You'll probably not get a status
email that indicates it's been noticed. I think it's very likely that
the applevis list is more likely to be noticed than your email.

Good Luck,

Jim
