[nfbcs] FYI: Open Source Braille production tool

BrailleBlaster is an application desdigned to let loose a blast of 
braille for those who are suffocating for lack thereof, especially 
technical material. It is Open Source and freely downloadable. You can 
get it at http://www.brailleblaster.org .

If you would like to contribute we need people who can test the 
software, write tutorials and documentation and program in Java and C.

We are considering making a presentation at a NFB convention when funds 
are available.
