[nfbcs] jaws and touchscreen support

Hello all:
I was playing with jaws and touchscreen support on a surface pro. 
apparently you need 5 touchpoints or greater to do this, and the pro has 
10. I've found that it somewhat works, but sometimes the right flicks 
are just ignored. I'm curious if this is actually a screen reader issue 
or something different.
