[nfbcs] Getting rid of IE toolbar?

Hello,

When I am stuck on the address bar, I hit control+1 and I get back to the
main web page. If you have a couple of tabs open, you may have to hit
control+2... I am using JAWS 15, and IE 11 at home, and IE 8 at work.
