[nfbcs] Length of System Restore

Hello again folks,

    I was able to start a system restore and the process is running. Since I do not have speech I have no idea how long this should take. We need to know how long to let system restore run. This is a Dell Instiron with a quad core processor so I imagine the process should be pretty quick. Again some idea of how long this will take will hopefully help us clear up this download issue and get Mary's machine running normally.
