[nfbcs] Length of System Restore

I saw it take about a half hour, once. I would say it should probably 
never take more than an hour. The only tricky thing is that there are 
ocasions where system restore can fail, and if I remember right, it's 
hard to know about that without sighted assistance. It popps up this 
little message and waits for you to acknowledge it if I remember right. 
It's been a while since I had that happen, so I don't remember precisely 
what happens.
