How do you get a Word document? I wrote (Word (.doc) in the subject line,
but they sent me a .txt file.

It's actually robobraille.org, and it is indeed a great service. Just send
the PDF file as an attachment in an email to convert at robobraille.org. In the
subject line type the file format to which you want the file converted, e.g.
DOC or RTF. Within a few minutes you should receive an email from
RoboBraille with the converted file attached. This works with scanned image
PDF's as well as plain text files.
