[nfbcs] Problem with Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Jaws

Hi,

I have recently experienced a problem with outlook and Jaws.  I have many folders in my inbox and have rules that automatically put e-mails in those folders. When I arrow the list of folders it normally indicates how many unread items are in each.  For some reson this is not happening any more.  There is no count of how many unread e-mails are in the folder so I must go into it to determine if there are any new e-mails I haven't looked at.

Any help in getting this count to read automatically would be greatly appreciated.
