[nfbcs] Touch screen tablets, Narrator and JAWS

As long as the tablet has a Windows key and volume buttons, you can hit Windows and Volum-up at the same time. That will turn on Nararator.  The Dell Venue Pro tablet has these buttons on the tablet itself.
