Is the form Louis is having trouble reading a federal tax form?  Shouldn't
such things be accessible, without jumping through hoops?  It seems so
little to ask, and so simple to do.
To me, it's related to our government using inaccessible software.  It
also produces inaccessible forms.  Why?
My "representative" isn't good for much, but I bet he'd be happy to take
another poke at the IRS.
