[nfbcs] pdflatex for windows?

There is a package called protex that has miktex and, if I remember
correctly, TeXnicCenter.

I use an eclipse plugin for windows to do pdflatex conversions.  I think its
called textlib or something like that.  Just google latex plugin eclipse and
you'll find it.
