[nfbcs] Exporting GMail contacts

Well, as I said, I was able to do this a few weeks ago.  I followed the
steps you mentioned both then and today but had no luck this time.  Perhaps
it's some difference between IE 10 and IE 11.  Anyway, I was able to get
help from someone here at the office, and it's a one-time process as a guide
for a project I'm working on, so I'm okay on this for now.

Hello,

I was able to do this by going into the standard layout, navigating to
contacts, and right before the contacts begin there is a more option.
This pulls up a list of options. One of those options is to export.
Pressing enter on this option allowed me to select from various formats to
export to. I was able to accomplish this with JAWS 14 and Internet Exploder
10 as well as with Firefox.
