[nfbcs] Instant jump combo boxes

I've never seen a combo box that executed when one landed upon it. However,
I *have* encountered many combo boxes that executed the first choice one
made unless one opened the combo box with alt-down-arrow and, after making
one's choice, closed it with Alt-up-arrow. Have you tried this?

For change control, we're using the web-based ITSM Service Now, which is
very accessible.  The only problem is that someone added a few of those
combo boxes that execute something the minute Jaws lands on it.  Is there a
way I can make it wait until I've landed on the one I actually want?
I'm using Jaws 15 and IE.
