[nfbcs] Instant jump combo boxes

I don't use JAWS, but have a theory. In Window-Eyes, you must tab into an interactive element to go into forms mode. With JAWS, I think the arrow keys also can automatically put you into forms mode. And, at least in Window-Eyes, you don't necessarily have to press Alt-down-arrow to open a combo box anymore. I can see that if you were reading with the arrow keys, looking for the control you really wanted to change, you could accidentally alter settings of a different combo box along the way. Just a wild guess.

If it helps, Firefox doesn't have this issue, as it doesn't fire change events until the combobox is blurred.
