[nfbcs] VINUX on non PAE Question.

OK, So with the help of a frend, I'm getting a Web Install of
UBUNTU 12.04 LTS on a laptop.

Can anyone tell me how to install VINUX Proper onto this laptop
now that I have a kernel, bootable, etc.

I've been looking for hours for help, support, etc on the forums, but they 
seem to be a bit STUFFY.

Can anyone point me to an article with install / library requirements, and
what to do next?
